CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have placed transaction order via our website www.remitpals.com, you do not have the right to cancel the transaction as our system process transactions automatically, you may however be able to cancel your transaction order under the conditions below

  • We may cancel your transaction if your payment has been declined by your bank/issuer
  • We will cancel your transaction if you or your beneficiary fail our anti-money laundering / financial crime screening process.
  • We may cancel your transaction if it is within our reach and you have reasonably inform us within the shortest time possible namely maximum of 24 hours after submission of the order.
  • Where we have already processed the transaction according to your instructions and the instructions are proved to be incorrect, we will not be liable for such errors. We will however try as much as possible to recover the funds and will charge you a reasonable amount for our time.

Please not that every transaction’s cancellation will be governed by our terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

We will refund you in full (send amount plus commission) if we have processed the transaction incorrectly and not in accordance with your instruction.

We will refund full amount if RemitPals have not been able to deliver the funds to the beneficiary within 5 working days except that this is caused by circumstances beyond RemitPals control, for example, IT failures, natural disaster or incorrect information given by you.

No refund will be made if the beneficiary has already been paid the amount at the time the cancellation request is made to RemitPals or there is insufficient time to cancel the transfer process due to a late cancellation request.
